Most people working through a nagging injury or a flare-up of pain don't see a physical therapist. Time, cost, access โ€” there's a long list of reasons. So they cobble together what they can find on YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit and hope it's the right thing.

It mostly doesn't work. Not because people aren't trying โ€” because self-guided recovery runs into the same walls every time:

  • Picking the right exercises. An ocean of conflicting routines online, no clear answer for what actually fits your situation.
